Statutory Audit

Companies need to appoint an audit firm as their accounts are subject to statutory audit to comply with legal requirements as provided in Companies Act 1965 in Malaysia. As required by the Act, companies need to have their accounts audited every financial year before their Annual General Meeting (AGM). The audited accounts are then presented to the shareholders to adopt and approve in the AGM.

Internal Audit
